About
I don't just look at what you've built. I look at what it could become.
Giang LeFounder and growth strategist, Studio Germina
The origin
I grew up around a family business in a first-generation immigrant family, which is where I learned what building something from the ground up looks like when resources are limited and every decision matters.
Marketing wasn't an abstract business function in that context. It determined whether people discovered the business, trusted it, came back, and told someone else. I saw how tightly marketing, reputation, customer experience, financial decisions, and operations connect when the business belongs to your family, and that perspective still shapes how I work.
The career
I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Communications and Public Relations, and started my career across brand strategy, creators, beauty, lifestyle, PR, partnerships, experiential marketing, and content. That early work is the reason the creator side of Studio Germina isn't a recent addition. It's where I began.
I later moved deeply into healthcare. At CLS Health, a multi-specialty organization with more than 230 providers across 53 locations, my role grew from building the organization's social presence into broader brand, communications, PR, and engagement leadership. That work helped grow the organic social audience from roughly 300 to more than 550,000 followers, and organic impressions from 186,000 to more than 220 million. I later built the organization's earned media strategy, securing more than 25 placements annually while positioning physicians and executive leadership as expert sources.
I then joined Lapsi Health, where I ultimately served as Director of Growth. That work expanded into go-to-market strategy, positioning, enterprise marketing, commercialization, PR, communications, partnerships, product collaboration, executive thought leadership, and international market expansion across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
These reflect my experience. They are not guarantees of what any engagement will produce.
The through-line
My experience has moved across industries and functions. The way I think hasn't changed. I don't think in channels. I think about how everything connects: how someone first discovers a person, product, or business, what makes them pay attention, what creates trust, what moves them to act, what happens after they do, and whether everything surrounding that journey supports the same objective.
Much of my career has involved taking ideas that feel big, messy, or unclear and turning them into something people can move on. Understand the problem. Find the story. See the opportunity. Build the strategy. Bring together the right people. Stay close enough to execution to make sure it holds. Studio Germina grew out of that way of working.
How I work now
Today I lead Studio Germina full-time, working directly with clients to understand where they are, clarify where they want to go, identify opportunities they might not have considered, and build the strategy around getting there.
Engagements are deliberately small and senior. You work with me, not with an account manager relaying decisions made elsewhere. Studio Germina doesn't need to own every execution function to own the strategic direction, I bring in specialists when specialists are needed, which keeps the company focused on thinking, relationships, direction, and opportunity rather than becoming a production shop. I'd rather have fewer high-quality relationships than a full roster of shallow ones.
