What we do

The work depends on what you're trying to build.

Studio Germina works across the business around your expertise, from how you're positioned and where you're seen to the opportunities, partnerships, and businesses that can grow from it.

We don't begin with a predetermined package or assume the answer is more marketing. We look at what you've already built, where you want it to go, what's getting in the way, and which parts of the system need to work together to get you there.

Engagements can span one or several of the areas below. Very few clients need all of them.

1

Brand & Growth

We help define what you want to be known for, who you're trying to reach, and how your brand should grow from where it is today.

For physicians and healthcare creators, that can mean clarifying the professional territory you want to own, strengthening your positioning, understanding what your audience responds to, and and deciding what the brand can become next. For practices and healthcare businesses, it means making sure the brand reflects what actually makes the organization worth choosing.

This can include positioning, messaging, audience strategy, content direction, platform growth, brand architecture, and the systems that connect them.

  • Positioning
  • Messaging
  • Audience strategy
  • Content direction
  • Platform growth
  • Brand architecture
  • Personal Brand Strategy

2

Brand Partnerships & Representation

This is where attention becomes something worth having.

We manage inbound brand inquiries, evaluate and vet opportunities, develop rates, negotiate terms, coordinate contracts and deliverables, and build partnerships designed to last longer than a single campaign.

We don't believe every opportunity is a good opportunity. Each one is evaluated against brand alignment, audience relevance, professional reputation, compensation, scope, usage rights, exclusivity, long-term potential, and strategic value. For healthcare professionals, clinical credibility and audience trust take priority over short-term commercial revenue.

And when an opportunity could become something larger than the original ask, we look for that too.

  • Commercial positioning
  • Brand partnerships
  • Opportunity evaluation
  • Inbound opportunity management
  • Outbound development
  • Brand vetting
  • Pricing strategy
  • Negotiation
  • Partnership development
  • Campaign coordination
  • Relationship management
  • Renewals

3

PR, Media & Thought Leadership

We help turn expertise into authority beyond your own platforms.

Earned media works differently than advertising, and it should be approached differently. We identify the stories, expertise, and perspectives worth putting forward, build the relationships and materials behind them, and position you as a credible source rather than simply chasing mentions.

For healthcare professionals in particular, this can become some of the highest-leverage visibility work available because credibility travels further than reach.

This can include media positioning, earned media outreach, journalist relationships, expert source positioning, podcasts, interviews, speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and media relationship management.

  • PR strategy
  • Media positioning
  • Earned media outreach
  • Media pitching
  • Expert source positioning
  • Journalist relationships
  • Story development
  • Interview preparation
  • Thought leadership
  • Speaking positioning
  • Podcast opportunities
  • Media relationship management

Business & Practice Growth

Sometimes the opportunity extends beyond the personal brand.

We work with physician-led practices, healthcare businesses, and experts building businesses around their expertise to understand where growth can actually come from. Practices rarely have a marketing problem in isolation. More often, there's a gap between what the organization promises, what the market understands, what the digital presence communicates, and what a patient or customer experiences from first search to first appointment.

We look at the whole path: how people discover you, what they understand when they arrive, what creates enough trust to act, what happens when they do, and what makes them return and refer.

That can include positioning, patient acquisition, websites, search, reputation, referral strategy, partnerships, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, conversion barriers, and patient experience.

  • Practice positioning
  • Patient acquisition
  • Search strategy
  • Reputation
  • Review strategy
  • Digital touchpoints
  • Patient journey
  • Referral strategy
  • Conversion barriers
  • Patient communications
  • Local visibility
  • Service-line growth

Content and production

A note on content.

We develop content strategy, editorial direction, campaigns, video concepts, platform strategy, and creative direction when content supports a larger business objective. We can also support production when the strategy calls for it.

What we are not is a content factory. We don't build retainers around filling a calendar or delivering a monthly quantity of posts. Content should have a job to do, whether that's building authority, growing the right audience, supporting a launch, creating commercial opportunity, or moving someone closer to a decision. If that's the engagement you're looking for, there are companies better suited to it than we are.

How relationships are structured

Ways to work together.

Most relationships take one of a few shapes. Some clients want an ongoing strategic partner and work with us on a monthly basis, usually beginning with a three-month foundation period before moving into broader growth work. Others need senior leadership across marketing and growth without hiring an executive, which is a longer and more involved relationship.

Many clients start smaller. Focused engagements solve one defined problem (a brand audit, a positioning workshop, a website strategy, a go-to-market plan) and often become the beginning of something larger. Strategy sessions and workshops exist for people who need clarity rather than a full engagement. Commercial and partnership work is structured differently, on a participation basis tied to the opportunities we help create.

Scope, structure, and investment are determined after the consultation, because pricing anything before understanding the problem would be guessing. We'll give you real numbers in a proposal, not a range on a web page.
